Where you can find Le Maréchal ?

Supplied in Switzerland and abroad via a wholesale network, Le Maréchal is available in most supermarkets and at all good cheese shops.

Annual production at the moment is +300 tonnes of which 135 tonnes are exported, in particular to France, Germany, Benelux, the United States and Canada.

The entire production comes from the Rapin family cheese dairy in Granges-Marnand.

Each cheese wheel has its own identification number.
